IVR is a system that reacts to voice when you call customer care of a company many times, there is a voice from the system that when you press 1 for Hindi, the system detects that the customer Has pressed a This means the customer wants to talk in Hindi.
After that the main menu is one press for recharge, 2 press for internet, 3 press for caller tune then when you press 1 you are told the further process of a recharge then this whole process is called IVRS.
How does IVR work?
IVRS works in two ways: one recognizing DTMF (Dual Tone Multiple Frequency) and the other with Human Voice. To say that IVR works in both these ways, but today DTMF is the most used in IVR.
Human voice
In this, the system asks you to answer yes or no for any work as you have seen in banking or in any e-commerce, when you make a transaction or order, you are asked for confirmation of yes and no, if you say yes then that The transaction completes the order and if you say no, the system cancels your transaction or order.
DTMF (Dual Tone Multiple Frequency)
DTMF works on multiple sound frequencies. If you notice, when you press 1 on your dial pad a sound comes out, then when you press 2, the sound comes out in a different frequency. Similarly, every key from 1 to 10 There is a different sound frequency from which the DTMF software can detect that you have pressed which button.
The DTMF software already has some commands given above these buttons, such as if the customer presses 1 then he can recharge his phone, if the customer presses 2 then he can check the balance of his phone.
Otherwise, you yourself think that you have pressed 1 button or 4 you know that the system is watching a little bit, which button you have pressed, then how will it be known that you have pressed which button, then this DTMF is from the same different sound frequency. The system detects which button you have pressed.
Why is IVRS used?
To make the company professional
Today all the big companies in the market use IVR, so the new company in the market also uses IVR so that it can lure customers.
To handle a large database of customers
Millions of people are associated with a growing company and they have some problems every day because it is very natural to have an error in anything technical.
In such a situation, the company uses IVR, as Jio has millions of customers all over India and you know that Jio’s Internet is having some problem, in such a situation, it is impossible for Jio to handle so many people. Cannot have this much stuff.
In such a situation, Jio uses IVRS so that it can fix many people without any trouble with the teleoperator only if there is a big problem then only a human phone is received.
To provide good customer support to customers at a low cost
With IVRS, any company can provide very good customer support to its customers at a very low cost. And this also benefits the customer like in the banking line, if you have to check your account balance, then you do not need to ask any operator.
If you call customer care then you will be asked there. Press 1 for the balance inquiry, after that you can check the balance of your account by pressing the 1 button and entering your account number.

What is the internet Leased Line? Telecoms Supermarket explains…
An Internet leased line is a dedicated, fixed bandwidth, symmetric data connection. we’ll explain this in more detail below.
What is an internet leased line used for?
An Internet leased line is usually used to connect an office or business with a dedicated Internet connection which is un-metered and unlimited usage. this kind of un-contended connection comes with providers service level agreement (SLA).
What is an internet leased line used for?
Businesses use leased lines to:
Internet leased lines offer dedicated speeds which suggest that all along the route of your leased line, the speed you ordered has been reserved solely for your use. Unlike broadband connections, the bandwidth provided doesn’t fall at peak times, when other customers of the same ISP try to use their broadband connection at the same time as you.
Internet leased lines offer symmetric speeds which suggest you’ll upload and download the info at the same fast speed.
This can be useful if staff need to:
What are typical speeds delivered on the Internet leased line?
Starting from 4Mbps, customers order anything from 10Mbps to 1Gbps depending upon their requirements. 20Mbps to 100Mbps are the most popular connection speeds.
What is the cost of an internet leased line?
The Internet leased line cost is often advised once the feasibility checks are done.
This depends on:
Advantages of an internet leased line (compared to broadband)
Disadvantages of an internet leased line (compared to Broadband) Cost –
Internet leased line can deliver higher and more consistent speeds than broadband, the difference is typically felt most when it involves the upload speeds. Dedicated connections are symmetric. this means that the Internet leased line offers the same upload speed as download speed. Slow upload speed is the primary reason for upgrading to Internet leased line from a painful slow inadequate broadband connection to a costlier but higher capacity dedicated line, for many businesses.
The Internet service providers actively monitor Internet leased line connections 24×7, ensuring that if a line goes down, the Network Operations Centre (NOC) can be alerted automatically, allowing troubleshooting to start immediately and downtime to be minimized.
Internet leased lines can’t only connect your business with the Internet but also carry telephone calls, video conferencing streams and WAN traffic. Traditionally, businesses connect their phone system to the public telephone network using expensive PRI circuits. By using an internet leased line and SIP Trunking, businesses can often hand over legacy PRI circuits, sending their phone calls over a less expensive un-contended circuit instead.
Internet leased line – Typical Speeds the most popular speeds for an internet leased line connection in India are 10Mb, 20Mb and 100Mb.
High bandwidth connections are usually provisioned exclusively over fiber or frequency (RF). Lower bandwidth connections, like 2mbps or 10mbps, leased lines, can also be provisioned over copper depending upon the supply of fiber.
The cost of Internet leased line is falling
New technologies and production of optical networking equipment and cables are causing a gradual fall within the cost of un-contended Internet leased line connections. the requirements of dedicated speeds as more and more of cloud services has made businesses to opt-in for Internet leased line. ISP’s are making huge investments in fiber laying, network capacity & fiber equipment which has resulted in the cost of Internet leased lines going down.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
